This year, Amy Ruth is hosting a Pioneer Woman Thanksgiving! So today while the girls were napping, we prepped the turkey and put it in Ree's brine to soak up lots of flavor before roasting tomorrow.

I just finished making Pioneer Woman's green bean casserole and soul sweet taters. Can't wait to try them tomorrow! What all are you girls making? Cute video!

We're doing her turkey and mashed potatoes. We also made her salsa for lunch today!

Don't know how I missed this video, but this was so fun. I soaked my turkey in brine too... though sadly they don't have big turkey bags here in Prague so I had to make do with 3 (clean) trash bags. Even though I tripled them, they still leaked out all into the pan! :) Hope your turkey dinner was delicious!
